スコーン！！Scones!

この前久しぶりに、ケーキを作ったら、お菓子作りに火がついたのか、今度はスコーンも作っちゃったよ～！！
I made a cake before and that made me I want to make more sweets!! So I made scones this time!



大活躍なのはクックパッドっていう、みんなが参加する形の料理サイト。
I always use the website called cookpad.

色んな人が自分の自慢レシピを投稿して、さらに、それを作った人が、色んな感想を載せてるから、同じ料理でも、どれが一番人気があるかなぁ、とか分かるから、レシピにはほとんど間違いなし！！
This website is that people who use this site upload thier own reciepe, and also the poeple who cooked the food can write how it was. So I can know which receipe seems the best!!

いっつもおいしい料理のレシピを盗ましてもらってます
I steal many receipes from this website. lol

と言っても、実家に帰ってきた今はほとんど料理しないんやけどね～・・・
But I came back to live with my mum so I dont cook as much as before...

でも、今回のお菓子作りにも大活躍！
But I used  cookpad to make scones and cake last time!!

作ったのは、“板チョコスコーン”。
And I made sone chocolate scones!!

ヨーグルトとか入ってて、外はさくさく、中はしっとりで、チョコがおいしくて、めーっちゃおいしかった～～
Its got yohgurt in it and chocolates and it was soooo yummmmmm!!

お祝いのケーキ☆ Easter cake!

イースターって、クリスチャンにとってすごい嬉しいお祭り！！
Easter is a big celebration for christain.


でも、日本ではあんまり馴染みがないねんよね～。。。
But its not very familiar in Japan.

クリスマスはクリスチャンじゃなくてもみーんなお祝いするけど・・・
although,  many poeple even many non christians celebrate Christmas .

うちの家族もノンクリスチャンばっかりで、イースターって何？？？って感じ。
My family is not christian so they also dont know about easter.


でも、やっぱり家でもなんかイースターのお祝いしたかった！！
But I wanted to celebrate easter at home as well.



ってことで、めーーーーーっちゃ久しぶりにケーキ焼いたよ～～☆
So I made a cake, which i havent done for long time!!


お祝いって言ったらケーキかなって思って。笑
I thought cake is necessary for celebration. lol




作ったのは、初挑戦！！！



ロールケーキ！！
I made a roll cake for the first time.


こんな感じにできました～～

チョコで文字だけ別に作ってはっつけた☆I made letters with chocolate.

横から見るとちょっと失敗がバレる・・・ it looks bad from the side...




巻き方がちょっとおかしくなってしまった！！
I made a misteke about how I rolled.

巻き寿司は何回も作ったことあるから、その要領で巻いたら、なんか全然違うことに気づいた。。。
I have made sushi rolles many times so I rolled the cake in the same ways as sushi roll!!
But it was different!


本当はもっと中からグルグル巻くんやでな～～
I had to roll tight from the end.



でもま、初めてのロールケーキにしては上出来ってことで！！
But I think it was alright as a first time! lol

結構大きいのできたと思ったのに、一日で全部なくなった！！
It was big but it was all gone at the end of the day!!



うちの家族大食い・・・・
My family eat alot!!!




みんな忙しくて一緒に食べられへんかったのがちょっと残念やけど・・・でも喜んでくれたからよかった
I wish we could have had the cake together but everyone was busy so we couldnt. But they were happy with it so I was happy too.



今度は、もっと上手くつくるぞ～～～！！
I will make better one next time!!!!

小さなHappy♡ Small Hapipness♡

最近、食べ物で幸せになれる、単純な私です。笑　　I easily become happy with yummy food lately. LOL

今日、バイトが終わって、ウールワース（大手のスーパー）に買い物に行ったら、ふと、「オクラ」　が目に入った！！！ I went to Woolworth today after work, and I saw Okra.


オーストラリアでもオクラ売ってるんやぁ～～～！！ I thought "I didn't know I could get Okra in Australia!!!"


って感動しながら（何年こっちにいるんだよ！ってツッコミが入りそうだけど笑）、むしょうにオクラが食べたくなった！！  You might wanna say "How long have you been in Au?!?!" LOL. Anyway, I really wanted to eat them!!!

ので、もちろんオクラ買って、中国食材店で、かつお節も買って帰りました～～♡  So, I bought Okra, of course, and went to Chinese food shop and got some dried bonito.



作ったのはもちろん、「オクラとかつお節のあえもの」   I cooked Okura at home♡

これ大好きなの～～～～♡♡♡　　I love this food!!!!!



オーストラリアに来て初めて食べたオクラは、超～～～おいしかったです♡　The fist Okura since I came to Australia was sooooo yum.

This is my little happy story. LOL
